Jasmine Guy files for bankruptcy. What would Whitley Gilbert do?
Where we last left off, Jasmine Guy filed for divorce last year and kind of disappeared.
But now it seems like she owes close to $125K in back taxes. Again, I hate to beat a dead horse, but when are these celebrities going to get their finances in order? I would hate to have to hear that they died broke.
“Docs just filed in L.A. Superior Court show Guy was granted a divorce from Terrence Mitchell Duckett — but the papers also reveal she had to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy because of the couple’s tremendous debt.
The amount Guy personally owes in back taxes and penalties: $123,503.64 … plus interest.
Her ex isn’t free and clear either. His share of the debt: $94,354.71 … and he’s on the hook for interest too.” (source)

Whitney Gilbert would have divorced D'Wayne Wayne and married that rich dude that tried to marry her before.

I always hated the IRS, but celebrities have to be even more mindful of their finances. However since so many of these celebrities have money in escrow, many automatically make purchases thinking that money will be continuous. Some of them just need to be sensible (like Redman) & live according to their means.
