Videos: Chris Brown on Larry King – is that the best he could do?
While I was watching the Chris Brown interview, I also logged on to Twitter. The only thing that seemed interesting was, you guessed it, his blue bowtie. Along with his poor interviewing skills. Celebrity or not, he has limited vocabulary. Never have I heard so many “wow”, “I was like” and my personal favorite quote of them all, “out of respect for Rihanna, I don’t wanna get into that right now.” in one sentence. Scratch that, he couldn’t even FORM a sentence! My second favorite quote, “they didn’t teach us a book about love.” I’m a stickler for proper grammar. Charge it to my Virgo tendencies.
I, along with probably a few other people, was growing very impatient and frustrated with the commercial breaks, Chris Brown’s evasive answers and the lawyer’s question, “what’s a Rihanna?” And oh, yes, Chris Brown blames the blogs and calls it “immature media” and “blog sites”.
So was this enough? Are we forgiving as we say we are? And can we please get him a dictionary or a thesaurus?

I didn’t even see the interview, but all should understand that little was going to be said b/c CB’s lawyers were behind the cameras telling him what to answer, how to answer it, and what not to answer. That’s how celebrity interviews go. He’s all of 20 years old so his grammar may not be the best, and I’m pretty sure that he was nervous as well (which could attribute to worse grammar). However, I do feel that if anybody was expecting groundbreaking answers from the interview they must’ve been sadly mistaken. I’ve seen too many from the past, and I knew that CB’s interview with Larry King would follow the same pattern.
