However, in all reality had she NEVER wore the hat that same store would not be seeing that huge jump in sales. I think Aretha is simply trying to make a statement. I don't think she really needs the money, but she wants all to know that you can't just use her w/o justly compensating her. I understand your point Nicky, but I'm pretty sure that sales of Nuvo (which I don't see the big deal about it) wouldn't quadruple if you mentioned it in your blog. No disrespect.
