I have issues with this album cover. Why is everyone either looking away or giving a side eye, except for Willie? This looks like some “America’s Next Top Model” mess gone awry. They look like they can’t stand each other (like most band members in a lot of groups/bands)…..now onto the real mess at hand, which is last night’s episode of ”Making the Band 4″.

Last night’s episode should have been on the cutting room floor! We find out that Day 26  is making  no money and they can’t get back in the studio due to the financial woes. Day 26, especially Que (or Qwanell, or Q) are just going through it. I wanted to feel bad for Q because he said that he was taking care of his family; his father passed away when he was younger and he has to take responsibility. However, during the rest of the episode, he just turned into an emotional diva! Was he going through a meltdown before our eyes? GASP! The drama!

I love/hate to quote the verse that Q-Tip said in “Check the Rhime”, you know the infamous verse, “industry rule #4,080, record company people are shady”. But according to Twitter and my fellow Twitter friends, Day 26 already knew what they were getting into and NOW they are getting upset? Now if that’s not latedotnet, then I don’t know what is. Delayed reactions are a no-no. They should have done their homework after Diddy selected them to be in the band. And what was up with the manager’s name?

I also hate to cast Diddy in a negative light, but he was dead wrong for letting this episode go to air. It only confirms what we have known all along, he does his artists dirty and that he is GREEDY! Also, to call Day 26 “the best R&B group in the last 10 years”, are you kidding me? So basically, he’s telling us that 112, New Edition and Jodeci (the groups that he worked with) weren’t ish? He needs to go back and do his homework.

By the looks of the album cover, we’re probably going to see Diddy iron out the wrinkles and promote their second album in the next few episodes.
