It is becoming harder to open a clothing line since the market is so saturated. In terms of urban apparel by Hip Hop entrepreneurs , that market has pretty much been locked up by Rocawear, Sean John, and Phat Farm beforehand. LL tried his hand at clothing by putting his clothes in a place like Sears instead of Macy's or Loehmann's. It sounded like a great plan, but people like myself don't shop for clothing in Sear's, and parents weren't too keen his clothing. It was doomed to tank.

Hey!!!
Dre's clothes were too expensive to start with. There were some fly pieces but way to expensive for the average fan like me to go cop an entire fit. Maybe a piece here and there but that's about it. Now for LL, I haven't seen anything in the stores that caught my eye, but I've seen some of his pieces in advertising and such and that stuff was cool. Why is it that what the artist(s) where from their line never makes it to the store? that's always what we're checking for because it's the dopest!!
