When she was asked by Kurt Loder (of MTV) about her plastic surgery, Kim responded by saying that every man she ever felt deeply for left her for a lighter skin woman (in Biggie's case that was Faith). So she decided to alter her image so that would never happen again. She still carries insecurities about her looks, and it's that part of her that won't leave Faith alone. Like I said before I love her to death, but I hope she either gets help or find a man suitable for her.
