If the event invitation states that you wear black and white to the Barack Obama Gala, that’s what you wear, right? Leave it up to Fran Drescher and Rondi Charleston (forgive me, for I do not know who the latter is, I will Google later) to show up to an event wearing “hoe red” attire (yeah, I said it!). Anything to stand out, huh? If it were a club and they showed up like that, they would be turned away immediately!
