Khia – “Be Your Lady”
Oooookay.
Khia did clean up nicely for her video. A little. But the repetitive chorus and her sing-songy hooks does not a rapper make. Where does she rap? Where’s the 16 bars? Or was she basically talking loud in her blogs and saying nothing?
I think a ghostwriter is in order for her and this song. If her whole album is like that, she should go into hiding along with Scott Storch.

I’m not a Khia fan at all, but this is probably one of her “better” songs. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but in her own funky way, Khia is talking about how to keep your man. Only one thing: If I”m doing all the stuff she’s talking about, I don’t want to be your lady, I better be your wife (legally married!) LOL
As for Scott Storch, as long as he keeps wearing those big behind glasses, they’ll be able to find him!

It’s a song with extremely repetitive lyrics, and I would rather rock with this than “My neck, my back.” That sound was straight disgusting. She’s so safe from me ever doing that to her kitty kat.
