Is Imus is just asking to get fired again?
I don’t listen to talk radio. I leave that AM radio shyt alone.
But once again, Don Imus is at it again, trying to say something that’s not funny or not thought provoking. And it ends up sounding stupid. Think before you speak!
Wolf: “Defensive back Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones, recently signed by the Cowboys. Here’s a guy suspended all of 2007 following a shooting in a Vegas night club.”
Imus: “Well, stuff happens. You’re in a night club, for God’s sake. What do you think’s gonna happen in a night club? People are drinking and doing drugs, there are women there, and people have guns. So, there, go ahead.”
Wolf: “He’s also been arrested six times since being drafted by Tennessee in 2005.”
Imus: “What color is he?”
Wolf: “He’s African-American.”
Imus: “Well, there you go. Now we know.”

Now after he got caught out there with that “what color is he?” statement, Imus tries to clarify by saying that Pacman Jones was being picked on because he was black (racial profiling?).
Your thoughts on this?

I think he was making a point, but instead of being direct he chose this indecisive way to say what’s on his mind just to stir controversy. I already know how he gets down so it’s no surprise. I’m just wondering why does he even have a job? He shouldn’t be allowed to earn another dollar after the comment about Rutgers University women’s basketball team. In fact he should be paying out money, and be forced to take orders at a local burger joint.
