It’s not looking good for R. Kelly.
Before I go any further with this, I just want to say, why is R. Kelly’s trial so long? Now another woman is coming forth to testify that the girl in the video is definitely underage and not only that, she was involved in a threesome with him and the underage girl.
“A woman is set to testify at R. Kelly’s upcoming child pornography trial that she had a three-way sexual encounter with Kelly and the allegedly underage girl shown in the video at the heart of the case.
The 41-year-old R&B superstar is accused of videotaping himself having sex with a girl estimated to be 13 or 14. He has pleaded not guilty. Jury selection is set to begin Friday.
But the prosecution’s new witness could undermine that defense, since she will identify the girl, sources with knowledge of the matter told the Chicago Sun-Times. In addition, the witness is expected to say the girl was underage at the time of their encounter.” (source)
All I have to say is: you NASTY! It’s enough that he got caught out there with Aaliyah (R.I.P.) and making a tape with an underage girl (yes I saw the tape, UGH), but a THREESOME with TWO underage girls? He should be under the jail with his gold braids. This is not even drink-worthy.

Maybe I share this view alone, but I think that the trial is being pushed back so many times b/c he really is innocent. With all the tapes & accusations coming up most people think that’s impossible. From the simple technology I have in my house, I could doctor a tape to show R. Kelly’s face & body instead of someone else’s. It’s all very suspect, and that’s why his trial is taking so long. The same exact thing happened in Michael Jackson’s case, and I remember when he got on tv explaining that he was treated like an animal by the police for an accusation that he never did. Likewise I believe that Michael never touch a little boy in his life inappropriately. I honestly believe that R. Kelly has probably HAD SEX with under-aged girls, but I also know that there are MANY teen girls here in NYC who look like they’re 25 years old when they are 16 &17 in real life (I found this out the hard way). It’s hard to tell unless you just jack them for their ID & find out. I also think that the tapes circulating are not authentic & have altered images of R. Kelly but not him per se.
