Add slumlord to your resume, 50 Cent.

 50 Cent after

According to Radar Online, 50 Cent asked the judge to evict his baby mama (yeah, I said it!) and their son from his Long Island, NY property. Umm, so when did he become a landlord and did she have to pay rent? Read more under the hood, while I attempt to make sense of this, sipping my Peach Cosmopolitan (yeah this drink is soo good, recipe next time). Or maybe I need something stronger.

“In February a judge hacked Tomkins’ monthly support checks from $25,000 to $6,700 (her fault, mostly). Tompkins and Marquis were allowed to remain in Jackson’s home on condition that the money be used in part to find a new residence. Fiddy says they didn’t even try and that Tompkins is taking advantage of the situation (gentlemen callers, perhaps?), as the house is in Jackson’s name and all bills are presumably forwarded to one of his faceless accountants in Hollywood.

Paul Catsandonis, Tompkins’ lawyer, plans to argue today that an eviction is impossible given that Tompkins is not by definition a tenant. Her residency has always been without a lease agreement, and Catsandonis tells Radar that because Tompkins pays no rent, she cannot be subject to eviction. And besides, her baby’s are in school in the neighborhood (a daughter from another man also lives with them).” (source)

Yeah, what a great father you are, 50, putting your 10 year old son out in the streets with his mother over some BS that clearly has nothing to do with him. That is something that YOU need to work out with BM.

At least he didn’t go the O.J. route. You know what I mean. Oops, did I say that out loud?

I’m really frustrated with seeing this story on 50 being played out in the media like this. I AM NOT A FAN OR SUPPORTER OF CURTIS JACKSON! I made sure I got the full scoop on it though before passing judgement on dude. First of all the reason the house was originally purchased was so their son could be in a better school according to reports. Since that time the bills and mortgage are all being paid by Curtis. The mother DOES NOT WORK. As Curtis’ income continued to rise so did the mother’s request for more money. When she asked for 50k per month Curtis decided to give her 25k and let a judge decide. There was not a court order for 25k in child support he did that voluntarily. The judge decided on $6700 per month. THAT IS WHAT HE IS OBLIGATED TO PAY!. He doesn’t have to pay anything else. The court won’t even recognize it. Plus she is in the house with her new man and his KIDS??? WTF???? She needs to find a job and get her own!!!!!!
