Do we need Maury for this one?
Even though the DNA test proved that Eddie Murphy IS the father (in my best Maury Povich voice) of Mel B’s 11 month old daughter, he still refuses to see her because he felt that she “trapped” him.
“The Hollywoood actor has allegedly told friends he believes the Spice Girl trapped him into having a baby, claiming 32-year-old Mel insisted she was on birth control, and revealed they only had sex three times, according to a US report.”
“Secrets behind the couple’s doomed three-month fling have been revealed in legal papers in which Eddie, 46, states that Mel allegedly asked him for a $9million (4.5million) house, plus living expenses for 18 years in exchange for her silence while she was pregnant.” (Source)
Eddie, Eddie, Eddie……this is not a good look. Three sexual encounters in three months? You DO realize that it takes one time to get someone pregnant, don’t you? Don’t play the victim here because of your celebrity status because we’re not buying it.
And I wonder: Did Johnny Gill tell him to say these things? (Oops…..)

I love Eddie Murphy to death, and I think Mel B did trap him. I’m not saying that he’s a total victim, but Mel B isn’t the angel AT ALL. Her career went down the toilet after that failed Spice Girls reunion album in 2000, and Eddie still has some gas in the tank & a lot of bread. She saw an opportunity to get rich, and she took it. I think both are at fault & she shouldn’t get everything she wants simply b/c she probably lied to him the whole way. I say that Eddie was at fault for not exploring his actions before boning this chick. He should’ve told her in plain English (or a British accent) to go fuck off with Ginger Spice. lol
