Bow Wow is officially legal, celebrating his 21st birthday in Las Vegas.
But dayum, you got a bottle of Patron and you’re not gonna give me any?? Sheesh….and yet another reason why I must go to Vegas again…… (more under the hood)

That dude has been drinking since he was a teenager, but he never took a pic of it. That dude was probably drinking Moet back in 1998 when he was 11 years old. I’m sure he was sipping 40s on the set of Snoop’s video “Gin & Juice.”
