What is going on with Kerry Washington here? Looks like elements going on here, let’s see, we have the sun (the top, fire element), the water (the waist, another element) and then the leaves (earthy or airy feeling in the skirt). Oh wait a minute, it’s Earth, Wind and Fire made up in a dress! Who knew?

The outfit isn’t that bad, but I wouldn’t have worn those colors if I were her. It should’ve been a plain black top. I actually like the leaves. It gives the outfit a summery feel to it.

So I guess she’s trying to keep with the spirit of the awards ceremony and be unique and independent LOL. Looks more like she’s in a movie about hawaii.
